Vendors joining Zoftware go through a structured Onboarding flow to set up their product profile, define their target markets, and prepare for discovery by potential buyers. This guide walks you through each step of the onboarding process.
Accessing the Onboarding Flow
Go to the vendor portal at https://biz.zoftwarehub.com/.
Log in with your vendor credentials.
From the left-side navigation menu, select Onboarding.
The onboarding section sits alongside other key options such as Product Dashboard, Product Information, Buyers Intent, Subscription Management, Access Management, and Reports Management.

The onboarding process is divided into four sections:
Basic Information
ICP and Marketing Requirements
MENA Specific
Pricing Model and Database
Each section must be filled carefully, as the data directly impacts how your product is showcased and matched to buyer requirements.
Step 1: Basic Information
This section collects your company’s primary details:
Enter Name – The official name of your company or product.
Enter Website URL – Add your company or product’s official website.
Enter Address – Provide your business address (e.g., street, city, state, zip code).
Primary SPOC (Name, Contact, Email) – Enter details of the primary point of contact who will manage your Zoftware profile.
Secondary SPOC (Name, Contact, Email) – Add an alternate contact in case the primary SPOC is unavailable.
Step 2: ICP and Marketing Requirements
This step focuses on how your product is positioned in the market:
Primary Target Audience: Define who your software is meant for (e.g., SMEs, large enterprises).
Industry, Company Size, Job Titles: Specify your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) by industry vertical, employee size, and typical buyer job titles.
List Targeted Countries – Countries or regions where your solution is available.
Unique Selling Proposition (USP) – Clearly state how your product is different from competitors.
Step 3: MENA-Specific
This step focuses on how your product is positioned in the market:
Why MENA Region – If you are targeting the Middle East and North Africa, explain your reasoning.
User Reviews/Testimonials – Provide links to customer testimonials that build trust and highlight product performance.
Current Customer Database in MENA – Mention whether you already serve customers in the region.
Step 4: Pricing Model and Database
The final onboarding step aligns your product with buyer expectations:
Pricing Model – Indicate whether your pricing is subscription-based, one-time, freemium, or custom.
Database Information – Provide supporting details on licensing, tiers, and add-ons if applicable.
Saving and Continuing
At each step, you can select Save & Continue at the top right to move forward or come back later.
Completing all fields ensures your product is correctly profiled and increases your visibility to buyers on Zoftware.
