The Subscription Management section in your Vendor Portal allows you to view your current plan, compare available options, upgrade or cancel your subscription, and track your renewal cycle. This ensures you always have the right features for your business needs.
View Your Current Plan
🔑 Log in to your Zoftware Vendor Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click Subscription Management.
Your current plan will be displayed at the top, showing:
💲 Plan type (e.g., Custom, Freemium)
✅ Included features (highlighted with checkmarks)
❌ Features not included in your plan
Upgrade Your Plan
On the Plan page, click the Upgrade button on the far right side.
Review the additional features available in the Custom plan (e.g., Buyer’s Intent, Awards, Banner Ads, Affiliate Programs) and click Contact Us for an upgrade.
You will be directed to the meeting booking page, where you can set up a meeting with a Zoftware representative, and your request will be managed.
Cancel Your Plan
From the Subscription Management page, click Contact Us on the far right side to speak with a representative, and your request will be processed.
Your plan will remain active until the renewal date, after which it will revert to the Freemium tier.
Check Your Renewal Date
The renewal date is displayed on the Subscription Management page, under your current plan details (e.g., “Plan renews in 93 days”).
This ensures you know when your subscription will automatically extend or change.
