Zoftware provides vendors with deep analytics and engagement insights to help them understand how buyers interact with their product listings.

These insights are available through the Product Dashboard in the vendor portal:

The dashboard allows vendors to track performance, measure visibility, and refine marketing and sales strategies using data-driven intelligence.

🧭 1. Product Profile Metrics Overview

At the top of the dashboard, vendors can see four key performance indicators:

  • Number of Views on Product Page – Total times the product profile was viewed by buyers.

  • Average Time Spent on Product Page – The average duration buyers spent exploring the listing.

  • Number of Intents – Total buyer interactions reflecting purchase consideration (via RFPs, inquiries, or comparisons).

  • Number of Comparisons – How many times the product was compared with competitors on Zoftware.

These KPIs summarize the product’s visibility, engagement, and buyer interest at a glance.

📈 2. Views and Engagement Trends

The “Number of Views on Product Page” graph tracks monthly engagement and displays how many buyers viewed your product week by week.

This insight helps vendors to:

  • Identify seasonal trends and traffic spikes.

  • Evaluate the impact of campaigns or listing updates.

  • Track consistent months of buyer activity to optimize marketing timing.

💡 Example: A surge in September views may indicate increased buyer research activity in Q4 cycles.

🧩 3. Competitive Comparison Insights

The “Products Most Compared With” panel displays your Top Competitors, ranked by how frequently buyers compared your product against others.

For instance:

  • Zendesk (34.3%)

  • Gorgias (33.2%)

  • Freshdesk (32.5%)

These percentages show relative comparison frequency.
Marketers and product teams can use this data to:

  • Identify competing brands attracting similar audiences.

  • Analyze differentiation opportunities.

  • Adjust messaging to highlight competitive advantages.

⏱️ 4. Time Spent on Each Product Section

The “Time on Page” visualization breaks down buyer engagement by section of your product page:

  • Overview

  • Features

  • Pricing

  • Reviews

This data helps vendors pinpoint what captures buyer interest.

If visitors spend longer on “Features” or “Pricing,” it suggests these areas strongly influence purchase intent.

💡 Tip: Enhance underperforming sections (e.g., Reviews) by adding fresh testimonials or case studies.

🌍 5. Geographic and Category Insights

The “Demographic Breakdown” section maps where your audience is coming from, helping vendors understand regional interest and market reach.

Example data may show:

  • Kuwait – 1 visitor

  • India – 307 visitors

  • UAE – 17 visitors

  • Singapore – 29 visitors

  • Morocco – 4 visitors

  • Pakistan - 2 visitors

  • Armenia - 1 visitor

Paired with “Top Categories for this Product,” vendors can see which Zoftware category generates the most discovery (e.g., Business Management Software).

These insights allow vendors to align marketing and expansion strategies regionally and by buyer segment.

🚦 6. Tracking the Origins of User Visits

The “Tracking the Origins of User Visits to the Product Page” radar chart visualizes how users arrive at your listing.

Traffic sources may include:

  • Generic Search – Visitors who discover your product through search engines.

  • Ad Campaign – Traffic generated from sponsored or featured promotions.

  • Sub-Category – Users exploring subcategories related to your software.

  • Homepage – Direct visits from Zoftware’s homepage or featured placements.

  • Search Page – Buyers using Zoftware’s internal search bar to find your product.

This feature helps vendors understand which discovery channels are performing best and where to invest marketing efforts.

🖱️ 7. Activities and Buyer Behavior

The “Activities on Product Page” chart shows which page elements buyers interact with the most:

  • Integrators

  • Features

  • Alternatives

  • Pricing

  • Reviews

  • Categories

  • Redirect to Website

Under Get in Touch Data, you’ll find:

  • Conversions: Number of buyers who submitted inquiries or contacted you.

  • Added to Favourites: Number of users who saved your product for later.

  • Redirected to Website: Number of users who visited your company site.

💡 This section helps vendors understand which call-to-actions drive engagement and where conversion bottlenecks exist.

🔍 8. Using Insights Strategically

Zoftware’s analytics are designed to help vendors:

  • Track overall product visibility and brand awareness.

  • Understand buyer behavior patterns and purchase readiness.

  • Identify geographical opportunities and refine marketing campaigns.

  • Benchmark against competitors to find positioning gaps.

  • Optimize product listings for higher engagement and conversions.

By combining these insights with Buyer Intent data (available under “Buyers Intent” in the dashboard), vendors can move from observation to action — identifying and engaging high-intent leads efficiently.
