Sign in to the Zoftware vendor dashboard.
Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the company details page - business.zoftwarehub.com/company-details, where you will search for your product name in the search bar and click Raise Verification Request.
You then log in to the Vendor Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll land directly on the Vendor Dashboard—your control center for all vendor activities.

Navigate to Access Management from the left sidebar.

Check their name and email.
Click the Approve button.
Once approved, the user credentials will appear in the Access Management Board.
