Zoftware Rewards is our loyalty program designed to give back to buyers and teams that purchase or renew software through the Zoftware platform.


Every eligible deal earns Coins worth up to 5% of the transaction value, which can be redeemed for digital gift cards, travel, products, and more directly through your Zoftware account.


1️⃣ What qualifies me to earn Coins?

You earn Coins on:

  • New software purchases

  • Renewals handled through Zoftware

  • Eligible renewal-routing cases (even if you previously renewed outside Zoftware)

Since vendors follow different partnership models, your transaction may be processed:

  • Online (through Zoftware checkout or vendor-connected flow)

  • Offline (Zoftware issues the invoice and processes payment)

Zoftware will automatically guide you through the right purchase route based on the vendor.

🆕 New Software Purchases

Every new software subscription processed through Zoftware earns 5% back in Coins, including:

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Monthly billing plans

  • Multi-year contracts

🔄 Renewals of Software Purchased on Zoftware

If your original purchase was made through Zoftware, all renewals qualify—monthly or annual.

Zoftware manages:

  • Online renewals

  • Offline renewals handled by our renewal operations team

🔄 Renewals Currently Done Outside Zoftware

Even if your renewal is directly with the vendor today, you may still earn Coins — provided the vendor allows Zoftware to route the renewal.

🏢 Business-Use Software Only

Rewards apply only to business-grade software purchases.


Personal/consumer apps do not qualify.


2️⃣ How is the reward amount calculated?

Coins are calculated on the net software license value, excluding:

  • VAT/GST

  • FX fees

  • Payment gateway fees

  • Implementation or onboarding costs

  • Hardware

  • Credits or discounts applied after the transaction

➕ Example

  • Software License: $10,000

  • Taxes/Fees: $1,000

  • Coins earned: 5% of $10,000 = 500 Coins

3️⃣ When do Coins appear in my account?

  • Pending Coins appear instantly after purchase/renewal (online or offline).

  • Coins become Available once:

    • The vendor confirms subscription activation

    • Payment is verified

    • The transaction is finalized

4️⃣ How long until Pending Coins become Available?

Most deals finalize within 5–15 business days, depending on:

  • Vendor response time

  • Internal approval workflows

  • Payment method

  • Online vs offline processing

  • Security/legal verification requirements

5️⃣ Do monthly subscriptions earn Coins every month?

Yes!
If your software is billed monthly, each successful monthly payment earns Coins.


Each cycle is treated as its own eligible transaction.

6️⃣ Do Coins expire?

Yes — Coins are valid for 12 months from the date they become Available.


Zoftware notifies you before any Coins expire.


7️⃣ How do I redeem my Coins?

Redeem Coins inside the Rewards Store (no login needed thanks to SSO):

  • View your full balance

  • Browse eligible rewards

  • Redeem instantly for digital rewards

  • Review shipping timelines for physical items

8️⃣ Do I need a separate login for the Rewards Store?

No — everything works through Single Sign-On (SSO).


9️⃣ Is there a minimum redemption amount?

Most digital rewards have no minimum, and partial redemption is allowed.


🔟 Can I combine Coins from multiple purchases or renewals?

Yes.


Coins accumulate across purchases, renewals, and even multiple departments within your organization.

There is no upper limit to how many Coins you can stack.

Coins are recalculated to match the new deal value.


If you've already redeemed Coins and the value decreases, future Coin earnings may be adjusted.

Go to Account → Rewards to view:

  • Pending Coins

  • Available Coins

  • Expiry dates

  • Full earning & redemption history


1️⃣3️⃣ Are rewards available globally?

Yes — Coins can be earned and redeemed worldwide.


The Rewards Store automatically adjusts rewards based on your region.


1️⃣4️⃣ How fast is delivery after redemption?

  • Digital rewards: Instant

  • Travel rewards: May require verification

  • Physical rewards: Varies by country (shown at checkout)
    Tracking is provided when available.


1️⃣5️⃣ Can my team use our company’s Coins?

Yes.
Coins belong to your organization, not an individual user.

Admins can enable:

  • Redeemer permissions

  • Spending limits

  • Team approval flows

1️⃣6️⃣ Are there limits on redemptions?

Zoftware may apply:

  • Fraud checks

  • Category limits

  • Maximum redemption safeguards

All limits appear clearly at checkout.


1️⃣7️⃣ Can I earn Coins if I receive vendor discounts?

Yes — Coins are calculated on the discounted deal value (final price).
If a discount affects eligibility, Zoftware informs you upfront.


1️⃣8️⃣ How do referral rewards work?

When you refer a new buyer via your referral link:

  • You earn: A one-time 5% reward when their first deal closes

  • They earn: 5% in Coins every year when they renew through Zoftware

Referral rewards are available in dashboards where referrals are enabled.
