Zoftware will automatically guide you through the right purchase route based on the vendor.

Pending Coins appear instantly after purchase/renewal (online or offline).
Coins become Available once:
The vendor confirms subscription activation
Payment is verified
The transaction is finalized

Most deals finalize within 5–15 business days, depending on:

Yes!
If your software is billed monthly, each successful monthly payment earns Coins.
Each cycle is treated as its own eligible transaction.

Yes — Coins are valid for 12 months from the date they become Available.
Zoftware notifies you before any Coins expire.

Yes.
Coins accumulate across purchases, renewals, and even multiple departments within your organization.
There is no upper limit to how many Coins you can stack.

You earn: A one-time 5% reward when their first deal closes
They earn: 5% in Coins every year when they renew through Zoftware
