How to View & Export Sales or Activity Reports in Zoftware’s Vendor Portal

Zoftware provides vendors with detailed analytics to track product performance and lead activity. You can view these insights directly in your Vendor Portal and export reports for offline use or sharing with your team.

View Reports

1. 📂 Log in to your Zoftware Vendor Portal through - https://biz.zoftwarehub.com/

   

2. From the left-hand menu, select Reports Management.

   

3. Use the Filters at the top of the page to adjust your view by:

   • 📅 Date range (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days, custom range)

     

   • 🔍 Report type (weekly reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, etc.)

     

4. Your dashboard will update to display real-time performance charts and tables.

Export Reports

1. Once you’ve applied your filters, click the Preview button on the left or Download button on the right.

   

2. The file will automatically download to your device.

Tips for Better Reporting

• 🗓️ Schedule a recurring export (weekly or monthly) to track performance over time.

• 📈 Compare different date ranges to spot growth trends or seasonal shifts.

• 🎯 Use lead reports to prioritize follow-ups and align sales efforts.
